Ken Rosenthal of Fox Sports reported late last night that the Reds and Braves were closing in on a trade for Brandon Phillips. Rosenthal believes the trade could be completed today.
Phillips praised his agent on Twitter. It sounds more and more like he will be heading home to Atlanta to play for the Braves.
ESPN's Buster Olney reports Phillips-to-Atlanta is a done deal.
