Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Zack Greinke is dealing with tightness in his groin. He left Wednesday's Cactus League start against Cincinnati after just one inning. Greinke had been scheduled to pitch five innings in what was just his second big league exhibition appearance of the spring. The 34-year-old allowed one hit and struck out two to earn the win.
Greinke is expected to be the D'backs' Opening Day starter March 29th at home against Colorado.
