Vontaze Burfict has gotten rave reviews throughout the offseason and at the start of training camp. Today, he tackled running back Giovani Bernard in a non-tackling drill. Normally, it wouldn't be a big deal. It is worth mentioning since this was Bernard's first padded practice since tearing his ACL in November. Bernard said Burfict slipped after practice. The hit by Burfict was a normal tackle, but it during a non-tackling drill. It looked like Burfict pushed running backs coach Kyle Caskey. That's unacceptable behavior if you ask me.
