Shining Star

Reds pitcher Luis Castillo made is All-Star game debut with a scoreless 4th inning in Tuesday night's 4-3 American League victory.

Castillo struck out Carlos Santana and J.D. Martinez and induced a ground out by Alex Bregman.

He threw 15 pitches, 9 for strikes. He even drew comparisons to Hall of Fame pitcher Pedro Martinez from AL and Dodgers manager Dave Roberts during an in-game interview on the TV side.

Sonny Gray, a late add to the NL roster, did not appear in the game.
