Bengals: Upgrading the roster

When last we saw the Bengals they were 2-14. How much better have they gotten since? A lot.

The Bengals roster has been upgraded in the following areas before the draft has taken place.

I count upgrades at nine different roster spots.

-Jonah Williams, LT (Cordy Glenn)

-AJ Green, WR (Pushes Boyd to better suited No. 2 WR)

-DJ Reader, DL (Andrew Billings)

-Trae Waynes, CB (Dre Kirkpatrick)

-Mackensie Alexander, CB (Darqueze Denard)

-Xavier Su'a-Filo, RG (John Miller)

-Josh Bynes, LB (Nick Vigil)

-Vonn Bell, S (Shaun Williams)

-LeShaun Sims, CB, (BW Webb)

-Mike Thomas, WR (Special teams)

With the possibility/likelihood of upgrades with

Fred Johnson beating out Bobby Hart at RT

The 33rd pick in this year's draft

And the use of a total of seven draft picks, including four in the Top 96 (No. 1, 33, 65, 97)

Bengals FA additions/Postseason experience

Career playoff games/playoff trips

Alexander: 2/1

Su'a-Filo: 3/2
