Colin Cowherd isn’t a believer in the 2018 Bengals. He made an Adam Jones reference (even though Pacman isn’t on the team) and picked Marvin Lewis’ squad to finish dead last in the AFC North. In Cowherd’s defense, Vegas isn’t high on the Bengals either. Watch the video below:
