Get Out Of The Way, Bob Castellini.

This was originally published in The Athletic....

Of the two long-standing major Cincinnati professional sports teams, one is owned by a very, very rich man who meddles in the decision-making, who’s unwilling to give the people he’s hired the autonomy to do their jobs without interference, whose personal whims impede progress, and whose teams have had very limited success during his stewardship.

The other one is owned by someone named Mike Brown.

The Reds did not trade Matt Harvey on Friday, which at face value isn’t a development that’s going to shake the foundation of the franchise...

....the issue is that when I read accounts of why Harvey is still a Red, I’m seeing Bob Castellini’s name.
