Great American Ball Park is a wonderful place.
Maybe it doesn’t quite have the charm of a place like Camden Yards. Maybe it doesn’t have the stunning views beyond its outfield walls that PNC Park has. But with the possible exception of that dang riverboat in dead-center, it’s an aesthetically pleasing venue, one that’s easy to access and move around in, with no poor views of the action on the field. It doesn’t get filled close to capacity often these days, but when GABP is full, it is among the most vibrant places you could watch sports.
It also might be one of the Reds’ biggest obstacles to winning.
