Today (Jan. 20) is inauguration day. The 44th president of the United States, President Barack Hussein Obama, left the White House after serving two consecutive, successful 4-year terms in the office.
Donald Trump has taken the office, as the 45th president of the country. Now that President Obama exited the oval office, many Americans -- and even other people around the world -- are feeling pretty sad about seeing him go.
Now, we know that President Obama isn't completely leaving us forever. It's not like he's going to fall off the face of the earth, we get it. But, after witnessing him gracefully being our country's leader for the past eight years, we're definitely feeling anxiety about his departure. It's sort of like a sad break up between the country and him that we don't want to happen.
So, we've decided to list some R&B songs that best express all of our feelings about his leaving the White House and no longer being our president; as well as songs that express our love and appreciation for everything that he's done for us, over the years. Take a look at them below -- and get in your feelings.
