Pentatonix Just SLAYED Ariana Grande's Entire Music Evolution: She Responds

Pentatonix made Ariana Grande cry tears of joy with their newest video covering her music evolution.

The a capella group paid homage to the pop star's musical growth with a mashup of some of the songbird's greatest hits — and the end result would be a tough act for anyone to follow. In a span of five and a half minutes, PTX revisited and remixed the 25-year-old's best cuts from her records Yours Truly (2013), My Everything (2014), Dangerous Woman (2016), Sweetener (2018), and Thank U, Next (2019).

With pitch-perfect harmonies, playful ad-libs, and beatboxing cadence, PTX members Scott Hoying, Mitch Grassi, Kirstin Maldonado, Kevin Olusola, and Matt Sallee's medley of the musician's five album eras is practically unbeatable — and it's already become Ari-approved too!

"This is so incredible my face has chills and the last minute made me sob," Grande tweeted in response to the tribute. "Also, i forgot i have that many songs. i have no idea how that happened. anyway, u are all incredible & i love you dearly. crying bye. thank you."

For inquiring Arianators wanting to know, here's a breakdown of every song in the order in which they appear in the clip (below): "The Way," "Baby," "Right There," "Problem," "One Last Time," "Break Free," "Love Me Harder," "Dangerous Woman," "Into You," "Be Alright," "Side to Side," "Bad Decisions," "Raindrops (An Angel Cried)," "No Tears Left to Cry," "God Is a Woman," "Get Well Soon," "Breathin" "The Light Is Coming," "Successful," "7 Rings," "Breakup With Your Girlfriend, I'm Bored," "Bad Idea," "Fake Smile," "Needy," "Imagine," and "Thank U, Next."
