UC 76 NKU 60

Simas Lukosius led UC (4-0) with 18 points, including 5 for 5 second half three point shooting. The Norse shot 54% in the first half, but committed 12 turnovers to trail 32-28 at the break. UC shot 74% (17 of 23 FG) in the second half. Sam Vinson led NKU (0-4) with 16 points. Day Day Thomas made his season debut for the Cats, playing 14 minutes with four assists and two points. The Norse outrebounded the Bearcats 36-27, including 15-6 on the offensive glass.

No. 9 UK 97 Lipscomb 68

No letdown, here, following last week's Duke win. UK jumped to a 20-6 lead and never let up. Jaxson Robinson scored 20 points and UK shot 55% The Wildcats (4-0) connected on 12 of 25 from behind the 3-point arc. It’s the first time in program history that UK has made double-digit 3s in each of its first four games. They committed just eight turnovers — only two after halftime.

OSU 80 Evansville 30

Devin Royal scored 20 points and grabbed 12 rebounds and the Buckeyes closed the game on a 28-3 run. Ohio State led 28-14 at halftime before scoring 52 in the second half. Evansville was held to 13 points over the first 13 minutes of the second half.

The Purple Aces Evansville started 2 of 17 from the field and missed 13 straight shots at one point.

No. 15 Marquette 76 No. 6 Purdue 58

Kam Jones had a triple double to lead the Eagles: 17 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists. It snapped the Boilermakers’ 39-game regular-season non conference winning streak. Jones’ triple-double was the third in school history and first since Dwyane Wade had 29 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists when Marquette beat Kentucky 83-69 in a 2003 regional final. The Boilermakers also had won an NCAA-best 25 straight November games.

Louisville 100 Bellarmine 68

Terrence Edwards Jr. scored 26 points and Kasean Pryor added 21 points. The duo nearly outscored Bellarmine by themselves in the first half, combining for 27 points as Louisville (2-1) led 53-29.

Tonight

Xavier hosts Sienna, 6:30, 700 WLW.

The Saints are coached by former Syracuse standout Gerry McNamara. Siena redshirt freshman guard Reid Ducharme transferred from Xavier. It's the sixth meeting between the programs and first since the Musketeers prevailed 81-63 over the Saints in Cincinnati in 2019. Siena's only win over Xavier came in 1953. Xavier is 6th in the nation in FT shooting (.830) and 9th in the nation in assists per game (21.3).

Dayton (4-0) hosts New Mexico State.

It's their first meeting in 58 years. The previous two meetings were in the old UD Fieldhouse (now known as the Frericks Center) in 1961 and 1966.
