It will only happen if the owners of U.S. Bank Arena and local officials can figure out how to pay for a $200 million renovation of the 40-year-old facility.

I wonder how, with the primary tenant at US Bank being the Cyclones and a lingering public distaste for using taxpayer money for sports facilities, renovations will happen.
