Starting this Monday, October 2nd, we're launching a new show on ESPN1530, adding an hour of local programming at noon during the week, that we'll call "Cincy 3:60."
Most days, I'll co-host the show with James Rapien. I'm excited to be a regular part of a true two-person show for the first time in a decade.
The concept is that for one hour, we'll take whatever the day's biggest topic and cover it from every conceivable angle, with the debate that comes from a two-person show being a big part of it. (And no, it will not be a local radio version of those TV shows where people scream their takes at each other)
The goal - and its an ambitious one - is for the show to sound unlike what we do in the afternoon, or what other local shows are doing. You'll hear this often...
"One topic. Every angle. 60 minutes. All local."
We'll still do the show as we have been from 3:00 until 6:00, but it'll be fun to not have to wait until the late afternoon when I want to get something off my chest, and I'm glad we're expanding our local presence on ESPN1530.
Catch "Cincy 3:60" this Monday, and every weekday, starting at noon, on ESPN1530, ESPN1530.com/listen, or ESPN1530 on the iHeartRadio App.
