After Andy Dalton's touchdown pass against the Ravens sent the Buffalo Bills to the playoffs for the first time since 1999, Bills fans flooded the Andy and Jordan Dalton Foundation with more than $360,000 in donations.

Blake Bortles, the Jaguars quarterback who just directed an upset playoff win over the Pittsburgh Steelers, has a foundation of his own, the aptly-named Blake Bortles Foundation. The mission of the foundation serves two purposes, supporting both children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as first responders in both Jacksonville and Oviedo, Florida.
