The postponement of Opening Day means the festivities originally scheduled for Thursday will happen on Friday. We still hope you join us. 

For the second consecutive year, we'll be doing our show from Smoke Justis in Covington on Opening Day, from noon 'til 3:00. Located at 302 Court Street in Covington, Smoke Justis has a menu with some great smoked meat, and if you've listened to my show over the past year and a half, you've heard me rave about their burger.  They have a great beer selection, with a whole bunch of self-pour taps in their basement, and they have plenty of room to hang out before and after Reds games.

Smoke Justis is a block away from the Suspension Bridge, meaning it's within a short walk across it to GABP.  

A serious crash closed the bridge last week, but you can still park in Covington, where it's cheaper than the Ohio side, and TANK will have bus service from Roebling Point every 10 minutes, dropping passengers off at the Freedom Center.

We will have plenty of prizes, lots of beer, and again, that burger. Seriously, you've got to try the burger. 

Nothing beats Opening Day, except watching a odd-looking guy in Reds gear do a talk show on Opening Day. I hope to see you Thursday at Smoke Justis.
