CEOs You Should Know Featuring Adam and Bill Weber of AE Door & Window

Adam Weber has lived in Ohio for 40 years. He resides in Cincinnati with his beautiful wife and three wonderful daughters, ages 16, 14, and 12. In his spare time he enjoys traveling with his family and hanging out with his friends around the pool or bonfire. You can catch him on the weekends watching sports and throwing just about anything into his smoker and serving his family and friends.

Adam has been in the garage door industry his whole life watching his dad begin a successful business over 40 years ago. He started working for AE Door & Window in the warehouse 19 years ago and worked his way up to become the President with the growing company for the last 11 years. Adam recently expanded the Cincinnati location and is now building a brand new Kentucky store to match. He attended Florida Southern College and graduated on a Water Ski Scholarship.

Venue Magazine has named Adam the Top Business Man 40 under 40; he was only 28 when he received the award which is pretty outstanding. Adam was the President of the Home Builders Association here in Cincinnati for several years. He was also on the Clopay Advisory Board for 5 years. Adam is the President of two other distribution companies in Cincinnati, Tri-State Door and United Door Group.

Bill Weber started a garage door company in his basement and backyard. In the early years, semi -tractor trailers were delivering garage doors to the garage behind his house. He created AE Door & Window in May 1980 and named his family business after daughters, Amy and Erin. In September of 1980, AE Door & Window was incorporated and we moved to our first warehouse. In 1987, after outgrowing two smaller warehouses, we moved to our current site, a 24,000 square foot warehouse located on West Sharon Road in Forest Park, Ohio. In this same year, we also purchased a building in Florence, Kentucky to further meet the demands of our growing customer base south of Cincinnati. Now we have two complete Design Centers, one in Eastgate, one in Forest Park and another new Design Center built in Florence Kentucky.

Thanks to our nearly 100 employees, my wife Rosemary and I have built a company with a reputation; providing great quality and service. Now, my son Adam Weber assumes the reins of president at AE Door & Window. This ensures that we, at AE Door & Window, will adhere to those same principles that helped our company grow from a small garage in my back yard to the major Tristate business it is today.

As the door opens to a new generation, we will continue to offer the best possible products at the most competitive pricing, along with the most professional installation and service departments possible. Remember…We Sell The Best…And Service The Rest!
